St. Eustatius Health Care Foundation (SEHCF), a prominent healthcare provider dedicated to the health and well-being of the people of St. Eustatius and its visitors, is looking for a:
A compassionate and grounded leader and strategic thinker, who connects the bigger picture to daily practice. The primary responsibility of the Manager Care is to ensure the continuity and quality of patient care delivered by SECHF. This position reports directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and is a key member of the Management Team. The role oversees a multidisciplinary team of ca. 40-45 employees.

Knowledge and experience a.o.:
- HBO-level degree or equivalent, plus relevant experience
- Post-HBO management training and proven leadership and coaching skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Up-to-date with developments in care, management, and technology
- Cultural awareness and insight into small-scale island dynamics
- Fluent in English; Dutch and Spanish are a plus
